Anodizing & Electroplating Rectifiers
Limah Designs and Builds Different Type of Rectifiers used in varied Industries & Applications such as:

  • Titanium Anodizing: For use in Medical, Aviation & Jewellery Industries
  • Aluminium Anodizing : For use In Construction, Automobile & Aviation Industries
  • Electroplating DC Units: Industrial Applications
  • Hard Chrome Anodizing: Industrial applications

Titanium Anodizing

Type 2 titanium anodizing or colour anodizing produces relatively thick anodic coatings on titanium, which imparts a spectrum of colours to the parts. The color formed is dependent on the thickness of the oxide (which is determined by the anodizing voltage);

Typical properties of this transparent, metallic oxide coating are:
  • Increased wear resistance
  • Better corrosion resistance
  • Anti-galling and lubricating properties

Aluminium Anodizing
Aluminium anodizing is an electrochemical process in which an oxide (anodic) layer is chemically built on the surface of the metal. This oxide layer acts as an insulator and can be dyed in a wide variety of colours. Anodizing provides surface corrosion protection along with an excellent substrate for decorative finishes.

Electroplating DC Units
Electroplating is the process of plating one metal onto another by hydrolysis, it is widely used in various industries for coating metal objects with a thin layer of a different metal. The layer of metal deposited has some desired property, which the metal of the object lacks.

Electroplating rectifier is very crucial component for any industry, The Electroplating Rectifiers are completely tailor made and are available in a range between 25 Amps to 15000 Amps. at different output DC Voltage. The Silicon Rectifiers are available in different models, depending upon the variable DC output voltage i.e. 40-100% in 15 steps and 0-100% step less on load control.

Hard Chrome Anodizing: Industrial applications
Hard Chrome Plating. High Wear, Low Friction, and Improved Corrosion Resistance. Hard Chrome plating (also known as “Industrial Chrome”) is applied to ferrous and nonferrous materials to improve wear and abrasion resistance, reduce friction, prevent seizing and galling, and to restore the dimensions of undersized parts ...
