2. Rentals

Rent equipment for all your short term welding needs!

We offer a wide selection of welding equipment rentals at affordable rates. we can also deliver to your job site, or convenient pick up from our facility

Equipment Rental Policy:
  1. Terms of Rental: 1 Day = 8 hours, 1 Week = 7 days or 40 hours, 1 Month = 30 days or 160 hours
  2. Rental rate: All rental rates are based on a minimum of 1 day with weekly and monthly rental rates offered. All rentals will be billed at the start of the rental term
  3. Deposit: If requested the lessee will leave a deposit for 50% of the value of the equipment.
  4. Title of the Equipment: All equipment remains the property of Limah Electric Corporation.
  5. Re-Renting of Equipment: Lessee is prohibited from re-renting LEC equipment to a third party.
  6. Pick-up and Delivery: Equipment can be picked-up at our works or we can deliver to the location. Delivery charge will apply.
  7. Location of Equipment: Lessee must supply the location where the rental equipment will be working. The equipment must remain in Mumbai- Navi Mumbai unless other arrangements are made.
  8. Operation of Equipment: The lessee must provide experienced operators at their expense.
  9. Servicing Equipment: Limah must have the right to enter the job site to inspect or service equipment on rental. Limah also reserves the right to service or exchange the equipment in the field.
  10. Damage or Misuse: The Lessee will be charged for parts and labour if returned items have other than normal wear and tear. A charge may be assessed for rental units requiring cleaning.
  11. 11. Stolen Equipment: The Lessee is responsible for all equipment rented from the time of delivery until returned. After a police report is filled, rental will cease, and the Lessee will be billed for equipment at replacement value.

Termination of Agreement: If the Lessee fails to live up to this agreement, LEC can without notice terminate the agreement and repossess equipment. Default of payment authorizes repossession. The Lessee is responsible for all cost associated with the recovery of our equipment.

Our Repair Process

RECEIVING

All parts received for repair are removed from their packaging, logged into our repair order tracking system and photographed. Our system then captures all technical, order specific and customer related information including any operating systems at your site. An internal tracking code is then placed onto the part so that each individual asset can be tracked throughout the entire repair process

EVALUATION

Once your asset is received and properly tagged it makes it’s way through our evaluation and triage area where our Engineers begin the technical process of evaluating your part to determine the probable cause of failure and identify the proper repair measures and test procedures.

QUOTING

After the initial evaluation takes place, our dedicated team of Customer Service Representatives will contact you with our repair quotation for your review and approval.

APPROVAL

Upon receiving your approval for repair, our Repair Order Tracking System adds the repair into the work chain of the Engineer best suited for that type of part.

REPAIR

Our Repair Order Tracking System links your part to the correct repair and test procedures as well as the associated closed loop test system. K+S Engineers replace failed components as well as all high failure components as per our standard repair procedure. After repair is complete, item is tested for the duration specified on our test procedure.

SYSTEM / QUALITY TEST

When your repair has been tested for the recommended length of time, our Technician will notify you and as required will also be called to the facility for testing the Unit, they can also review the Repair and Test Report to ensure all information is valid.

REPAIR & TEST REPORTS

Each repaired component shipped from Limah back to you with a Repair and Test Report listing the following:
  • What problems were identified during the evaluation process
  • All parts repaired or replaced
  • Whether the identified problem matches up with the reported issues while in operation
  • Test details and duration
  • The probable root cause of failure
  • All recommended installation instructions

SHIPPING

Upon completion of the repair, our Repair Order Tracking System notifies our shipping department of any customer specific shipping requirements and shipped/ dispatched accordingly
