Welding Rectifiers / Transformers
Design Features
Modern, sturdy and attractive appearance.
Drip proof construction... therefore suitable for use on outdoor Jobs also.
Electrical design provides rapid response to fluctuation in arcing conditions that occur in manual are welding.
Step less regulation provides exact current setting for wide range of welding Jobs. Fine dynamic and static characteristics.
Easy arc striking and excellent arc stability. Negligible maintenance requirements.
Portability from Jobs to job as units are wheel mounted.
Welding Transformers
GENERAL: Limah Welding Transformer range consists Seven Standard and job rated Models of heavy duty Machine to meet requirement of production welding.
SCOPE: Arc Welding Transformers are extensively used today as power sources for welding jobs with Bare & Coated Electrodes. Typical Examples are Light. Medium and Heavy Structural, Machine building and Fabrication works. These machines are also used as Power source, for Gas Shielded Tig welding, for the welding of Stainless Steel, Aluminium and Aluminium Alloys.
OPTIONAL EXTRA: ( These are provided at extra cost on specific orders ) POWER FACTOR CAPACITORS often, the Electric supply authorities are particular about the power factors of the Equipment installed in their Area as Transformer type welding machines inherently has low power factor. The use of Power Factor correction capacitors ( suggested size mentioned under specification ) are recommended.
